Integrated newly acquired company’s features into existing in-house platform (analytics team), implemented multiple regulatory changes and Market Data Platform enhancements, and implemented redesigned password authentication workflow for end users (Middleware).

Formed a centralized team to test (manual and performance testing of) web-services created /implemented by for all groups in client organization. Team worked in Agile and Waterfall model, based on line of business.

§  Managed 2 teams Web services and Market Data with 40+engineers in Onshore-Offshore model with 4 locations to coordinate deliverables at offshore and US

§  Created team structure to aligned with line of business and type of work requests

§  Initiated discussions for vendor Product training so that we can make sure of entire product functionality

This assignment had 3 phases. (1) Transition phase to document application knowledge (functionally and technically) by interacting with old vendor and client managers (2) Training phase to interview and train new team members and (3) Delivery phase to stabilized operations and started actual project execution.
