Coordinated and managed the planning, design strategy and migration roadmap using IBM Data Stage Global toolset.
Developed and managed the master schedules for the global retail roll-out of enhancements to the SD\MM, R/3, PS and BI-BW modules, XI Components for Netweaver (Web Services & Middleware transformation) integration with MDM first release with DataStage ETL for non-SAP data sources. This program role was to implement the transition from traditional project methods to Rational Unified Process methods for the development of a new rental pricing system based on IBM’s MQSeries middleware messaging gateway. The PMO assigned me to set-up the EPM tool to support the sixty-five-member team. Performed workshops, project management, and activity sessions based on the iterative process of software development. My role as the EPM guide drove the development of the Web Services transformation of the J2EE object components with a team of five architects.
