Managed the Cloud selection of Managed and Colocation vendors to facilitate the divestiture from FMC to the Tronox Alkali business units.   Worked with InfoTech Research Group’s strategic planning and roadmap to complete the Cloud enablement of Tronox & Alkali operations.   Provided Agile Scrum and SAFe framework implementation of the variety of services to be transferred from FMC to Tronox/Alkali global organizational structure.  Successfully executed the evaluation, decision, and selection of vendors to supplement the final divestiture (1.64 Billion-Dollars).

Lead the SAP Support Pack Upgrade and Quality Assurance of IBM SAP Cloud Pod for ERP, MDM, BI and Fiori Development for Mobile OTC, Procure to Pay and MDM hierarchy data services.  A managed 45-50-member team from IBM and Pall Corporation teams.  Constructed the enhancement process map, technical and function execution paths for both the technical and functional leads of IBM and Pall Corporation.  Planned and performed the quality assurance build, test, release, and staging of the SAP landscape of the IBM Cloud.  Drove IBM offshore teams to deliver timely infrastructure, network and disaster recovery tasks. Focused on the consolidation of business data attributes for Master Data Management Repository.

Developed a Master Data map for Customer Master, Vendor Master, Materials and 3^rd Parties.

Project managed and insured the analysis and delivery of Business Intelligence report with required attributes from the business units to build a consistent feature set within the global template for BI reporting.

Executive SAP Relationship Program Manager supporting the following activities:

The leader of the business requirements and process analysis of all enhancements for products, services, prices, articles, units and attributes to be incorporated into the European and North American MDM hierarchy.  Collaborated with EDW teams in Germany and the US to make sure all operational enhancements for SAP consolidations synchronize across all data sources.

Managed and developed the BI-BW project schedules with the director of Business Intelligence. 

SAP skills and knowledge provided the ability to assess the integration points of the R/3 datasets with appropriately sizing extractor programs with the ODS and BI Cubes. 

Managed and performed steady state support of over eight SAP landscape versions.

Directed and managed the setup and construction of a PMO to support the data consolidation and migration to Retail FlexPLM and SAP.  Managed and coordinated retail, product, article, items, and catalogs data migration from SAP R/3 into FlexPLM platform. Lead the analysis, data mapping and implementation tasks for deployment to global operational sites.  Developed and defined the migration quality assurance environments to ensure integration with HPQC.  Lead the guidance to assuring quality data integration points and collaboration between the business leaders and EDW team to deliver the highest integrity of data test plans, cases, and measurements. 

Setup and constructed the approach and methods to prepare Test Cases, Test Data, Landscape nodes for the performance and stress testing phases.

My role was responsible for managing the programs deploying SAP landscapes and activities of B2B & B2C applications and or upgrades for the sales, distribution, manufacturing, and marketing of the global leader of spirits distribution\manufacturing. The EPM implementations were on MS Project\Server and SAP Solution Manager for both the back office operations, consumer marketing and manufacturing support of product brands.  Coordinated and managed the planning, design strategy and migration roadmap using IBM Data Stage Global toolset.

Developed and managed the master schedules for the global retail roll-out of enhancements to the SD\MM, R/3, PS and BI-BW modules, XI Components for Netweaver (Web Services & Middleware transformation) integration with MDM first release with DataStage ETL for non-SAP data sources. These twenty to thirty work streams were for both the business offices and manufacturing\distribution centers in North America, Europe, Manila, Central and South America.

I was the program manager for the oversight of SAP migration to a B2B and B2C development effort for consumer and builder home purchases. 

Planned migration roadmap and managed the SAP to JD Edwards’s migration to ensure consistent real estate, construction and asset management for residential, mid-rise and high-rise projects. 

We enhanced the supply chain workflows to accommodate the mid-rise and high rise project offerings nationally.

My role managed the execution by 70 - member team supporting the business operations of Symbol Technologies direct and OEM sales.  Supervised and directed the development work to comply with Payroll, Job Reclassifications, Organizational Change Management of job structures and role, along with Sarbanes Oxley. Performed the project management and working with Compliance and Human Resource Senior Directors to ensure process documentation, process structure, and audit trails.  Configured, installed Niku Clarity, MS Project and worked extensively with Senior VP of Program Office with converting custom content into the new structures.

This program role was to implement the transition from traditional project methods to Rational Unified Process methods for the development of a new rental pricing system based on IBM’s MQSeries middleware messaging gateway.  The PMO assigned me to set-up the EPM tool to support the sixty-five-member team.  Performed workshops, project management, and activity sessions based on the iterative process of software development.  My role as the EPM guide drove the development of the Web Services transformation of the J2EE object components with a team of five architects.
