Role: Program Manager- CMS Claims Sanction Remediation Project
· Facilitated multiple multi week sessions involving 20+ stakeholders to overcome multiple CMS sanction related issues regarding: Claim Denial Notices, Overall Claims Processing Timeliness, and Explanation of Benefit notices to members.
