Project went live March 1st., 2016. § Customized various AP, AR, and General Ledger programs in Open Edge Progress 4GL to support transition. § Fixed invoicing programs in Open Edge Progress 4GL to rectify issue that the paper invoices amounts did not match EDI invoice amounts. § Worked night call and debugged various ad-hoc requests via helpdesk tickets. August 2015 – September 2015 Logility Inc. House Office Technical Account Manager § Worked with customers and served as their IT support instead of that company having to have their own IT member support the software. Had 2 different customers. § Beta testing several hundred test scripts of newest Logility software and writing new test scripts before this software is released to customers. This is for DP/IP/RP. § Worked extensively with SQL and batch scripting to debug interface issues between Logility server and various ERP systems.
September 2014– July 2015 QAD Mt. Laurel, NJ Technical Consultant § Developed custom Kanban customization for Kanban Consumption Maintenance based on requirements from customer which vanilla ERP system did not accommodate using Open Edge Progress 4GL. § Developed Programs to calculate demand based on future demand input from user from Maintenance Screen using Open Edge Progress 4GL. § Wrote custom MRP interface for Pet Food Company on verge of leaving QAD for expiring inventory using Open Edge Progress 4GL. Out of the box functionality of QAD does not handle expire dates for inventory effectively and custom programs must be written so expire date are optimized correctly. § Wrote complex financial costing report for automotive part manufacturer that separated each element of costing in QAD. Labor, Burden, Sub Contract, Material and Overhead on existing Inventory Valuation as of Date report using Open Edge Progress 4GL. This report was presented to the CFO of this company. § Troubleshot a program that was written in Open Edge Progress 4GL that suddenly stopped working for automotive part manufacturer and was able to determine deletion of data. § Received six week training from several experienced individuals at QAD defined as Bootcamp for Consultants at QAD which teaches new consultants a methodology for consulting while at QAD. Also received training on QAD’s WMS system. § Wrote PO .cim load program using Open Edge Progress 4GL which has the ability to load every field from a .csv file and create a purchase order from each line in that file. § Wrote a program using Open Edge Progress 4GL that mails both a .csv file and .pdf file to the user who runs the program which previously mailed just a text file and caused the user hours of excel manipulation in excel to get the data in the correct format.. § Passed the QAD certification test for Open Edge Progress 4GL programming standards. § All Open Edge Progress 4GL code written was reviewed by other technical consultants and passed self code reviews and was subject to pier code reviews. Code written was specifically written based on methodologies and guidelines dictated by QAD. § Taught 3 day Open Edge Progress class to QAD customer which consisted of 8 students.
April 2007– September 2014 Clement Pappas & Co., Inc Carneys Point, NJ Systems Project Manager § Managed and developed interfaces from/to Logility and from/to QAD system. These were extensive and detailed interfaces that needed to be perfect in order to work. These interfaces were written in Open Edge Progress 4/GL and Microsoft T-SQL. § Wrote GL Cost program that took in consideration inventory raw materials cost. Since raw materials prices vary, the program took in consideration the average cost instead of current cost. It provided accounting with a more accurate way to price products. § Wrote interfaces between QAD and custom WMS database using Open Edge Progress 4GL. § Wrote several scripts in AIX unix. § Wrote complex queries, function, and stored procedures using T-SQL. This includes manipulates of data, including updates, deletes and inserts into the database for Logility Supply Chain system. § Wrote programs, functions, queries, in Open Edge Progress 4GL daily to troubleshoot requests that would arrive via help desk system from various users. § Was in charge of documentation for all programs, and business processes. § Unit tested all code written by myself and other programmers. § Trained users in support of upgrade QAD EB2.1 SP12 to SE2008 and demonstrated how to fully leverage .NET UI browses and created PowerPoint training on tips and tricks of browses which can be provided upon request. § Prioritized help desk requests in a daily meeting in which I ran with our IT team, assigned requests to myself and other team members and discussed help desk resolutions to ensure the requests were met within SLA. § Discussed help desk ticket feedbacks as all help desk tickets came with an optional survey where the end user could give comments on how the IT team member responded to their request. § Was in chare of security of QAD menus and granted access via helpdesk requests and creating new accounts and creating new screens when new customizations were created and deciding which users could have access to those menus and conflicts in access. § Extremely knowledgeable in writing browses in .NET and would considers myself an expert in this subject matter. § Knowledgeable is table structure in QAD and well versed in creating custom tables in Open Edge Progress 4GL. § Worked with Hyperion BI and was Hyperion system administrator and wrote several ETL programs in both Open Edge Progress 4/GL and Microsoft T-SQL. § Acted as super user in Logility in DP/IP/RP/MP

May 2000– April 2007 Subaru of America Systems Analyst Cherry Hill, NJ § From start to finish assisted in implementing Manugistic’s supply chain software including Order Fulfillment, Transport, Visibility, Sequencing and Freight Pay using PL/SQL. § Analyzed and documented all custom interface changes for Manugistics’ software, and custom changes for requirements that were out of scope for software product. § Managed project which involved implementation of Oracle Applications ERP product.
