Elicit Business requirements for Enterprise wide Dashboard along with customization for the specific business unit, by conducting a current state analysis and scope statement specifications. Document current workflows; create data flow diagrams, data lineage diagrams, and wireframes. Prepare detailed requirement specifications for functional and nonfunctional requirements.  Create testing plan, test use cases, coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing. Gather data requirements and conducted data analysis by querying system databases. Coordinate and facilitate interview sessions and workshops to gather insight from stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, and all levels of Management. The project consists of seven framework elements that required understanding and gathering requirements across functions and business groups.  Functions include: Facilities Operation Management, Process Safety, Health Environment Safety, Workforce Safety & Health, Environmental Management and Production Management. Improved communication between offsite development team and local project team by developing concise requirement lists, coordinating weekly walk-through meetings and development of a responsibility matrix, these efforts resulted in open communication and clear understanding.  Developed a rigor tool for the business unit to assess all business unit projects by identifying, the level of information management rigor.  The tool is designed to provide project managers insight on the rigor associated with data quality and governance along with a list of required deliverables and estimated time for each task and templates.
