Inquiry Express Application –
As part of Risk Management Independence team designed a web based inquiry tracking application. Inquiry express is web based application for inquiry management which provides a workflow platform for users to send and route inquiries.
§ Managed and monitored end to end program implementations from concept to design, planning to development, and training to rollout
§ Managed the Change Management function by proactively working with the project stakeholders to analyze, review proposed changes and associated costs as well as the impact on the projects timeline/critical path.
§ Established end-to-end processes for cross-functional areas that helped streamline business critical need.
§ Managed the development of various communication and trainings, process flows that helped achieve desired future state outcome.
§ Worked with the stakeholders and working group team to collect requirements.
§ Directly provided the weekly updates and clarifications to the steering committee.

PCAOB Internal Audit Tool –
The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) is a private-sector, non-profit corporation which oversees the audits of public companies and other issuers in order to protect the interests of investors and further the public interest in the preparation of informative, accurate and independent audit reports. KPMG audit team was handling tax audit data through various excel sheets and was managed by several people at the same time.
§ Developed an online internal audit tool for PCAOB reporting.
§ Worked directly with the audit team in collaboration with KPMG technology team (Ktech).
§ Application provided direct access to PCAOB's auditor to review all necessary documents.
§ Auditors can review and raise any questions within the application to be responded in 2 weeks.
Personal Independence Audit and New Hire Survey Tool –
Personal Independence team audited 50 employees each month. The employees are required to disclose all their personal and family financial involvements and investments. The existing application was developed by GOAL technologies and was no longer supported. I helped creating a new web based tool to manage and streamline entire process for better efficiency and human errors. The new incoming employees were previously filling out new hire surveys for independence clearance and were now able to access application to finish the process in a more secure environment.
§ Developed a Personal Independence Audit tool for KPMG internal compliance review.
§ Worked with the Independence team to understand current state and review existing application.
§ Gathered requirements and conducted GAP analysis to cover all requirement aspects.
