Directed all operations, including strategic business direction planning, production capacity and control, customer service, equipment, packaging and distribution, as well as warehousing and facilities management for a 300K sq. ft. location. Direct $15M budget and 196 full-time staff of 196 through 10 direct reporting staff for 24x5 operations that can expand staff to 500 temporary employees during peak season. Establish structure, business objectives across all segments of operations that annually process 27M tests and 225M sheets of scanned images. Ensure on-time delivery and quality, and well as control costs.

·         Turned around struggling operation by using Kaizen principles that slashed cost per document from $3.84 to $.44, boosted on-time delivery from 57% to 100%.
