v    Oversee direct PM Status Reports for the monthly Book of Work (BoW) Management workflow; this includes change projects and strategic management of budgetary line items.  The designed record management process has greatly reduced organizational risk by 30%, provided for an accurate record of planned projects (17) and reduces gap in overall implementation strategy.

This has effectively improved data and information flow for clinical documentation and submission processes for consumers.

Examples of Outcomes: CeDOC Pharma, a SharePoint 2013 - based systems running on customized Next Docs software for global use to support medical writing and submissions-related tasks.

·          CeDOC Pasteur, a Documentum-based document management system based in Europe.

·        DNCM Integration, a Tibco - based system to allow interoperability of multiple content
management systems such as CeDOC Pharma, CeDOC Pasteur, and legacy system.

 

v  Sustained key status reports for IT projects and frequent upgrades, this includes the daily coordination of all activities and functions, report generations, and coordination with the pharma R&D team.  As a result this has reduced data loss, resolved feature malfunctions, tracks issues via SharePoint to ensure they are not recursive.
