v Oversee direct PM Status Reports for the monthly Book of Work (BoW) Management workflow; this includes change projects and strategic management of budgetary line items. The designed record management process has greatly reduced organizational risk by 30%, provided for an accurate record of planned projects (17) and reduces gap in overall implementation strategy.

v Sustained key status reports for IT projects and frequent upgrades, this includes the daily coordination of all activities and functions, report generations, and coordination with the pharma R&D team. As a result this has reduced data loss, resolved feature malfunctions, tracks issues via SharePoint to ensure they are not recursive.
v Actively involved in all daily operational functions; call meetings, management of meeting minutes for direct
report sharing and information gathering. Utilized SharePoint administrator 2010, gathering and managing
documentation, maintain, update documents and file folders, ensure that all project documents are stored in
