         Project and Engagement Manager – NPI UCS Servers Prod. Mktg. Ops and SAP HANA solution            First point of contact for anything UCS big servers related. Engagement and Delivery Manager for all SAP HANA data center solution deals worldwide. Worked with engineers on new and existing SAP HANA solutions, enabled partners on new solutions, issue resolution on existing products. Close working relationship with 3rd party servers manufacturing (ww), worked on forecast reports, and orders with sales. Other responsibilities includes BOM creation and set up in the system for new products, worked with Product Managers, IT, supply chain, finance to create PIDs, priced it up, get tested and available for sell.

        Engineering Project Coordinator – NPI (New Product Introduction) Materials  

Worked on Model X testing period, just a short temporary job opportunity, while the car went through the developmental phases, the project was successful, car went to build. I was first point of contact for engineers regarding parts needed for testing. Liaison between engineers, project/ product managers, planners and warehouse. Making sure parts are in time for testing. Coordinated all the engineering testing requests of the Tesla Model X; tracked and processed all the parts requests in timely manner, made sure to not interfere with the prototype build (RC1, RC2); requested approvals, coordinated over 1000 part requests, including setting up shipments between Tesla facilities to ship where the part got tested. Tracked and reported status to the management. Daily use of excel: pivot, vlookups.
