Project Manager, Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO)

Managing projects to support the Enrollments department. Projects provide better service to our members as well as cost savings to the company.  Involved with the creation of new PMO methodologies and processes for quality assurance, recruiting and on-boarding. 

 

Key Accomplishments:

·         Reduced manual effort by modifying the Member Move user interface to move multiple members with one request and automated generation of notification letters. Annual savings of $500,000.

·         Improved visibility to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) via dashboards to improve the quality of customer service and regulatory compliance. Annual savings of $600,000.

·         Automated the transmission of historic data to pharmacy benefits provider to allow for better management of benefits, resulting in a yearly savings of $1 million.

·         Managed workstreams for establishment of new state health plan. Created interface of data to the state regulatory agency, establishment of interfaces with monetary recoveries vendor, and reporting to identify overpayments to providers.

·         Saved company $3.6 million by automating the Coordination of Benefits (COB) between Medicare and Medicaid for Molina Healthcare of Texas Health Dual Special Needs (DSNP) members.
