Project Manager
· Responsible for leading a team of 30 Business Ops (BizOps) engineers and developers who deliver automation and tooling to AT&T's $1B Global Customer Service (GCS) Assurance and Delivery organizations.
o BizOps embeds software developers with operations teams to foster collaboration, enhance productivity and improve customer experience through business process orchestration, work function automation, and construction of customized tooling and user interfaces.
· Organizes and facilitates daily stand ups, estimation, retrospectives, sprint planning, demos, and other meetings in a highly-Agile software development environment, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques, working with Scrum the framework.
· Works with Product Owners and Solution Engineers to understand the vision, objectives, initiatives and platforms being proposed for development.
· Identifies and removes impediments that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver the sprint commitments.
