Led the recruitment and compensation efforts in the Program /Project Management office using HRIS software KENEXA and PEOPLESOFT- ORACLE R12, for the Smart Grid Energy project/program in North Carolina and Florida. Managed the Program Staffing via a VMS called Guidant Group . Staffed 178 contract employees to this project in less than 90 days.

·   Conducted On-boarding training as a system administrator to new managers (end users) and also provided consulting , Business Object Reporting to internal audit and leadership review committee quarterly.

·   Managed and supported the implementation and administration of HR system upgrades and processes that increase the productivity, competence, and effectiveness of the organization.
