Contract Regional Project /Program Manager-Talent Acquisitions (HR)
Led the recruitment and compensation efforts in the Program /Project Management office using HRIS software KENEXA and PEOPLESOFT- ORACLE R12, for the Smart Grid Energy project/program in North Carolina and Florida. Managed the Program Staffing via a VMS called Guidant Group . Staffed 178 contract employees to this project in less than 90 days.
· Conducted On-boarding training as a system administrator to new managers (end users) and also provided consulting , Business Object Reporting to internal audit and leadership review committee quarterly.
· Managed and supported the implementation and administration of HR system upgrades and processes that increase the productivity, competence, and effectiveness of the organization. Responsible for evaluating and administering HR policy including associate and labor relations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training, safety, investigations, primavera P6 and compliance.
