Business Analysis
· Principal BA in the transitioning of a Legacy employer portal onto a new platform offering better user experience which allowed the Line of Business to retain the customer base as well as increase usage by 25%.
· Led requirement development and management for a cost savings tracking data repository web application, allowing different divisions to employ and share cost savings ideas. Resulting in a $1M cost savings
· Developed requirements and managed the project creating a web-based loan intake application for a Loan Mitigation company, streamlining the very manual process, resulting in the ability for the management team to lower the FTE head-count by 25% as well as expeditiously processing the loan mitigation process.
· Lead Business/Systems Analyst/Project Manager on a mortgage application, supporting over a thousand users. As well as the system/training/transition lead when the system was sold.

· Primary driver on CMS (Centers for Medicare/Medicaid) data delivery compliance project, locating and identifying the required data elements, using SQL queries.
· Project was improperly defined, with limited business ownership. I pulled in the appropriate SMEs in order to deliver the project requirements two weeks early, earning high accolades from the PMO-PM.
