· Raviraj was instrumental in improving 50% profitability via project implementation, which supported timely completion of integration testing and on-time delivery of UAT and the initial dry run. This involved providing daily status reports and weekly metrics. Raviraj was able to cut costs by improving service quality throughout all areas of team operations.

This is a new business model that business needed for consignment of their components to the partners (Suppliers & Contract Manufacturers).
· Based on requirements proposed an automated process to the business that could be as well copied and extended to other businesses in the same client.
· Led integrated all third-party solution project teams with fiscal budgets totaling $ 1M to ensure successful automation of this process.
· Designed complex interfaces to support third party systems.

· Raviraj was responsible to conduct requirement gathering workshops for the various deliverables within the Order to Cash team.
