Plante Moran– A consortium of auditing firms BKD, Plante Moran, Regional CPA and DHG.  Plante Moran is trying to automate various financial auditing process that are common across auditing firms to minimize the overall time spent by paralegals in collecting and comparing data. I primarily worked on automating the 3-way match of Account Payable and Fixed Asset testing processes.  Automation is done using Automation Anywhere (AA) RPA technology. Automation Anywhere RPA automated the document scanning, converting unstructured to structured, integrating with accounting systems to compare the data to produce 3-way match results. I developed exception processes when 3-way match fail.
