MLSListings is where real estate property listings originate, as the authorized trading platform for real estate professionals. They specialize in the California counties of Monterey, San Benito, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Santa Cruz. Approximately 16,000 real estate professionals in over 6,000 firms representing 28,000 square miles conduct business utilizing our MLS platform. MLS is a complex database of listings entered directly by real estate professionals and acts as a trading platform to buy and sell real estate properties. When a property is on the market for sale it is added to the database and tracked through the sales transaction cycle.

Responsibilities (Qlikview/NPrinting):

·         Understanding the requirements from the business users and their reporting needs. Suggested better way of presenting layout /Sheet Objects and developed the PDF reports and printable reports.

·         Developed the reports for Passing the values/parameters from the database to Qlikview reports based on adhoc requests and generated customized reports as per the business needs.

·         Created triggers that automatically select the fields values as soon as the parameters are passed to the reports.
