Provided Service functionality for Products CarHire, ExpressYard, IBMPowerSystems, OASIS, RailConnect, RailDOCS, RTT, ShipperConnect.
Implemented Case creation with sources from Email, Phone, Manual, Chat and CWC.
In 2nd release involved in extesnion of this functionality for 5 more products PDS, MP, YP, PTC and SAMP.
This application has integrations with CWC Web portal, RailDOCS application.
