Customized and refaced Salesforce Customer Portal for Six Apart customer Case Management.. Work with Echo Lane Sales on Presales activities including project scoping and prototyping. Served as data migration architect for Dell Ideas rollout. Dell project included working with Dell team to establish data mapping relationships with SFDC, writing Unix/Win command line scripts for Data Loader automation. For EmailLabs, designed and co-developed PHP-based AppExchange offering allowing exporting of leads/contacts into EmailLabs email marketing system. Export includes filter specification and field mapping capability. Acted as technical lead and project manager for .CustomerSat .NET-based AppExchange plug-in. Plug-in provides exporting of leads/contacts into CustomerSat survey engine and importing of response data back into Salesforce. Built S-controls for the plug-in UI and C# server components for offline batch processing. Integrated Pervasive middleware for synchronization between Salesforce and NRP’s SQL Server database.

Served as architect for Remend’s Salesforce OEM offering, REO Agent. Built a .NET-based (C#) provisioning system for Remend AppExchange purchases. System includes email-based loading of preconfigured Salesforce org account inventory. System handles registration and provisioning of REO Agent trial accounts and purchases/conversions of trial to paid accounts. System also includes trial expiration notification. Built a Java-based gateway to send application objects into Salesforce.com. Implemented S-Controls and Javascript AJAX calls for Salesforce hosted web forms. Built an ASP-based (VS.NET) prototype web application for managing foreclosed estate properties. Application includes a VBScript, XML-based templating framework for storing template meta-data. Constructed XHTML-compliant web pages for REO processing application. Implemented Javascript DOM parsing code for DHTML effects.

 

Websphere Ecommerce Architect                                                                 PAYPAL, Aug 2005 – Nov 2005

Served as lead architect and project manager for the PayPal Plug-in for Websphere Commerce 6. Collaborated with IBM WCS team to implement approval, deposit and refund functions within Websphere’s Payment System container. Plug-in includes Websphere commands for store transactions and an EJB session bean for processing core financial transactions. Installed WCS on AIX and Linux and tested plug-in on these platforms.
