Salesforce Business Analyst
The Corporate Business Systems team provides support for Finance, Revenue, Human Resources, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Corporate Risk applications for Visa. This includes to automate and improve existing CRM Sales applications or building new ones; moving all core sales processes and technology to Salesforce. Salesforce will be replacing CYBS Siebel as the CRM for Cyber Source Sales and Marketing activity. However, CYBS Siebel will continue to exist for Cyber Source Service activity and will require integration with Salesforce to stay in sync. Additionally, there are existing integrations to/from CYBS Siebel that will need to be ported to Salesforce.
