Salesforce Functional Lead – GE Water and Process Technologies - Canada/USA Apr’11 – Till date
§ Functional lead for CRM practice, working across transactional applications viz. Salesforce.Com for GE Water Equipment Services and GE Integrated Water Solution Services businesses
§ Manage the complete lifecycle from planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating functional and developmental business requirements to deployment of the same.
§ Chair planned business workgroup and stakeholder calls to facilitate requirement elicitation through presentations, walkthroughs, design process and implementation mock-ups including business sign-off
