The project is related to Salesforce Sales & Service cloud. It deals with the creation of Quote, Opportunities and contracts for various vendors of ServiceNow. The systems integrated are SAP, SAP Ariba, Apptus and Surf (ServiceNow application).

 

As a QA, tested the End-to-End Life cycle of the vendor identification till the vendor contract is created and recurring payments & invoices are set up.

Multiple transactions related to Cases, Accounts, Contracts, Billing & Payments, Lease actions, Complaints, Change of Title, Total Loss will be processed based on the Customer’s request. Customer can request for change of Account Profile data and Billing statements. Customer authentication process and security process is involved before performing these activities. Various integration systems such as Adobe, Tibco & DAE are involved.

 

As a QA, tested all the available service modules based on the User Stories scope.

One part of the project involves the Data Center Consolidation where the applications related to multiple data centers from different parts of South America are being migrated to a common Data center in Las Vegas, NV.
