Description of the project:
Process fitness was aimed at improvising the transactional processes. Focused at delivery of integrated business process re-design (integration, streamlining, and simplification) and renewal of the supporting data and application systems platforms that will enable the process re-design; essentially the configuration of an industry blue-print to meet BP’s requirements, based on SAP technology.
The objective of the Engagement was to carry out the Execute Marketing & Sales Template of the Project. This is carried out in the following phases – Creation of the Technical Spec, Development, Unit and Integration testing of the objects developed.
