Project details   :               NRG Energy provides Bank of America Travel Expense Credit Card to Employees and Bank of America Purchasing Card to Managers. Bank of America sends daily feeds in VCF format for the transactions incurred from credit cards. Interface programs load the data into SAP. Employees can reconcile the transactions in MSS/ESS portal through Webdynpro Components to create TRIP .Workflow are triggered for corresponding Manager Approval. Upon approval the credit card clearing process starts with FI Posting and expense reimbursement is done through Accounts Payable.

HR&FI Config:

Performed Baseline Configuration for Travel & Expense Credit Card in Wage Type Series maintained in symbolic accounts for specific country.
