Role: Conversion Lead Analyst - OTC

Location: Hillsboro, OR.

 

As part of Intel’s M&A, Intel had acquired Altera based out of San Jose, CA. The project is to merge and convert Altera’s Master and Open Transactional data in SAP OTC, Procurement and Channel management areas.

 

Responsibility:

·         Lead the 3 tracks to report and update the opens and conversion requirements and strategy, primarily focusing on OTC

·         Identify and suggest the open transactional data that needs conversion based on the strategy

·         Create functional specifications and help design technical documents along with technical team

·         Provide mapping and identify any new objects to be developed to help the ETL process

·         Run mock test in test and quality system for validations

·         Set up workshops for UAT and take all necessary approvals for final implementation

Project: MDM – IBM’s Initiate interface with SAP CRM

• Requirements gathering, writing functional specifications and working on the design and blue printing of various master data objects in Customer Master Data, Material Master Data and Supplier Master Data modules.
• Extensively worked on Customer Master Data Management called “CIM Hub” on IBM’s Initiate MDM tool for Intel’s Lead management, Opportunity Management teams, etc. with interface to SAP CRM.
• Played a liaison role in gathering requirements, writing functional specifications, helping in designing the technical specifications, testing the applications on Initiate with interface to SAP CRM.
• Created 16 Functional Specifications for Initiate business process those were developed as part of “New Gold Strategy”.

• Participated in requirements gathering, and business challenges for implementation of invoicing process for Mexico (electronic invoice) interfacing 3^rd party b2b system
• Worked on OTC pricing and discounts for Syngenta’s Distributors and Retailers.
• Customized and implemented the OTC Return Order automation with integration to B2B systems of Syngenta seeds. The B2B systems were based on Oracle, Java and AS400 systems.
• Project lead experience with project estimates and resource planning and execution of the project and reporting to IS&T Director.
• Developed Test case scenarios for the returns project. Extensively worked on Unit, Integration testing of the process.
• Organized the workshop with business users to help them test the new process of returns. Achieved successful UAT without any issues.
