Responsibilities:

 

·         Lead the SAP GRC/Security team of 13 members (developers from India, Philippines and Spain location) following Agile methodologies and practicing Scrum master role. Coaching team members on Scrum and Agile methodology.

·         Served as primary escalation point for impediment removal and meeting facilitation for Scrum team. Facilitated discussions for conflict resolution. 

·         Facilitated effective and efficient Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, sprint planning and sprint retrospectives.
