Role: GRC/Security Team Lead and Scrum master

Responsibilities:
· Lead the SAP GRC/Security team of 13 members (developers from India, Philippines and Spain location) following Agile methodologies and practicing Scrum master role. Coaching team members on Scrum and Agile methodology.
· Served as primary escalation point for impediment removal and meeting facilitation for Scrum team. Facilitated discussions for conflict resolution.
· Facilitated effective and efficient Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, sprint planning and sprint retrospectives.
· Directly worked with Management and stakeholder and facilitated communications with all the stakeholders
· Worked with Development team and product owner to write technical User Stories, acceptance criteria in Rally and Jira.
· Established Product backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity and task definitions. Worked with Product owner for maintaining the product backlog and on the refinement of product backlog.
· Tracked team velocity and sprint/release progress against the team's commitments and empowered the team to self-organize to achieve their goals using Rally and Jira.

· Worked with Release team on critical implementations like GRC Upgrade from 5.3 to 10.0, connecting SAP systems to GRC, decommissioning old systems, adding new systems and providing transition to Operation team.
· Analyzed the logs to resolve GRC/Security related issues. This knowledge was also useful in recreating the issue/scenarios for future testing
· Performed the Internal Control and other audits/Scans for the application and was the POC for my application. All the scans were successfully performed with 1-2 threats as a result. Coordinated for the solutions on those threat results and got them planned for immediate implementation in production.
