Highlights:  

 

i)                     Extracted FAGLFLEXT, SETNODE, SETLEAF tables from ECC to build parent-child hierarchies in HANA and joined with FAGLFLEXT transaction table to determine GL Account Balances in hierarchy format, with the help of Analysis office 2.3 / Lumira Discovery.

 

ii)                    Fill Rate Report: created data model in HANA and delivered report to determine how much requirement can be filled with the current warehouse stock with respect to the demand.

Sales order-(VBAK-VBELN), Sales Order Line(VBAP-POSNR), Sold-to(KNA1-Name1), Material(VBAP-MATNR) information is extracted from ECC to build data model with joins. Fill % is calculated based on Quantity Ordered v/s Quantity Confirmed, Quantity Delivered against available stock on daily basis.

Built a Unified customer master data model in BW on HANA to reduce redundant calls: Yamaha motors maintaining service related master information in different systems for each product line, same customer master creates redundancy  across the system causing redundant calls to occur after every promotional event.

·         Created ADSO’s in BW as per LSA++ design approach.

·         Created field level ADSO’s in BW Modeling tool.

It’s a Migration project from BW on Oracle to HANA, it is an in-place migration with 4 system landscape including sandbox

·            Installed SAP Note related to BW migration cockpit for HANA as per migration documents

·            Performed BW HANA migration readiness check, BW object check, Sizing Overview, Essential Housekeeping tasks,

         Checks for BEx query.

·            Executed Sizing Overview on Sand box, DEV, QA, PROD and determined HANA system size.

·            Performed BW system health check report, addressed red flags from the report and implemented changes.

·            Reduce the foot print of unnecessary data and prepared bug free data for migration.
