About Project:

PSE has embarked on a broad customer experience improvement program called Get To Zero (the “GTZ Program”). GTZ will give PSE the tools to shift its customer service model from business-as-usual to best in class. Two of the critical components for GTZ programme are Customer Interface (CI) and IWP (Integrated Work Management). Once this programme is completed, PSE and its customers will be able to Start/Stop/Transfer Service, Make/Manage Payment, Manage Collections & Dunning, Manage Payment Arrangements, and Handle Unplanned Service Interruptions with the use of digital channels of web, mobile app, IVR, and email.

1.           Project - Grid Director (GD)

Version upgrade to GD 4.3

Project Details: Grid Director was upgraded from version 3.3 to version 4.3.

Role: SAP DM Consultant
