Project 1: SAP Customer service with SD reverse logistics integration, implementation and support
Led global implementation and support of different customer service strategies, business process enhancements to manage client’s customer service for their product lines. Led Global performance initiatives to take corrective actions/ improvements based on historical data to meet the high volume of transactions. Project: SAP Interfacing, New Return PO utility and PO outputs, MM and plant roll-outs, WM support and implementation.
Led WM rollouts and MM implementation for the client business process in regions AMR,EMEA AND APAC. This includes process like Purchase to pay, MM pricing, material valuation, Inventory management, Stock transport orders, Goods Movement and Invoice verification. Worked on Rollout of new Plants in Asia Pacific region. Worked on design of new utility for Client's Vendor PO Return Process and new PO outputs for Client's return PO. Worked on conversion of the file transfers from FTP to Secured FTP. As per the SOX compliance all file transfers from SAP to external system should be converted from FTP to Secured FTP. The project serves the following purpose: 1. Enable secure FTP means of file transfer over the wire. 2. The requirement of passwords to log into the servers was removed this ensured the file transfer process to be secured.
