Project 1: SAP Customer service with SD reverse logistics integration, implementation and support

 

Led global implementation and support of different customer service strategies, business process enhancements to manage client’s customer service for their product lines. Led Global performance initiatives to take corrective actions/ improvements based on historical data to meet the high volume of transactions. Managed projects which have visibility to end-to-end processes and integration with partner systems. Led the implementation of multiple service strategies for the client’s Quality Program. Worked on opening of Regional Sales Offices in Hungary, Czech Republic and UAE, by creating new entities in SAP and related systems. Led retail store rollouts which involves opening of new retail stores, Z tables and configuration set-up, Engineering change management pertaining to new store. Worked on the logistics execution and reverse logistics of the bad product sent by customers as return. The project mainly focuses on changes to the client's receiving tool in SAP. This includes process like Purchase to pay, MM pricing, material valuation, Inventory management, Stock transport orders, Goods Movement and Invoice verification. Worked on conversion of the file transfers from FTP to Secured FTP. As per the SOX compliance all file transfers from SAP to external system should be converted from FTP to Secured FTP.
