Project: HPE divestiture project (DMO-Everett)

 

Hewlett Packard Enterprise divestiture was announced in 2016. HPE divestiture included spin-off Enterprise Services(Compass) to CSC and formation of DXC Technology. HPE SAP Instances were cloned for Spin-off (DXC). Nearly 145 interfaces with 130 partners were successfully migrated, most of the interfaces had to be rebuild and in some cases even middleware were changed, amounting to fresh designs.

 

  • Overall Architect in finalizing the strategy of procurement processes separation which are Compass portfolio specific to cloned SAP instances and cleansing of Compass portfolio data in HPE SAP instances.
  • Met and mutually agreed with all SAP MM Compass SMEs on their disposition and solution.

Project: HPE and HPI Split (SMO)

 

Hewlett Packard Company underwent a split into two companies i.e. Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP Inc., HP Service SAP Instance had planned to clone the System into two. HP Service SAP had 7 Business Portfolios which were split between the cloned SAP instances. There were approximately 180+ Partner systems (upstream & downstream) with 270+ various interface connections which were established in the new cloned system.

 

  • Overall Architect in finalizing the strategy of procurement processes split which are specific to each portfolio across two company instances
  • Lead HPS Service SAP Platform design/solution for procurement on HPS SAP disposition.
