SAP Delivery & Development Manager – GCSS Army Program                                                                                                 

§  Provided leadership and management of 30+ SAP development professionals.   Team was a mix of employees and consultants.  Duties include coaching and mentoring Northrop Grumman employees as well as recruiting top talent for the organization.

§  Maintain strong working relationships with all levels of leadership to ensure SAP applications are enabling objectives and are in line with government vision.

§  Lead complex, cross-functional analysis and design efforts, as needed across ECC, PI and SAP Mobile Solutions.

§  Develop and enforce standards, policies and procedures for support, maintenance, and solution delivery.

§  Ensure SAP solutions are secure and compliant with internal and external audit requirements.

§  Enabled stronger test execution across the project by developing and deploying processes and procedures around HP ALM use within the Development team for unit test execution and defect management.

§  Managed and assisted in deployment of multiple SAP Mobile initiatives using SAP DOE, SAP CE, and SAP Gateway to various HHT / Tablet devices.

Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Collegeville PA                                                                                2006 - 2016

Senior Manager - SAP Center of Excellence                                                                                                                                         

§  Implemented integration with Intellicorp/LiveCompare data and HP-ALM Data.  This effort was done to reduce redundant testing activities and simplify testing across releases, support, and/or continuous improvement projects. 

§  Integrated HP-ALM and SAP Solution Manager to enable more streamlined testing activities across the SAP Organization to enable faster test script build and execution while aligning with SOLMAN business processes.

§  Revised and reduced regression testing scope by 15% to reduce redundancy and non-value-add testing. 

§  Managed deployment of ECC 6.0 to Pfizer global manufacturing and logistics.  Duties included management of development, architecture of solutions, project management and client relationship building.   This was a huge multi-year effort that as of 2015 resulted in 80% of Pfizer running SAP for their entire Supply Chain & Financials resulting in millions of savings annually.

§  SME for ECC 6.0 upgrade in support of SAP PLM, SAP SRM/Procurement, & SAP HR applications. 

§  Development of export documents for Pfizer; documents included Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, and Export Packing List.  The new documents helped establish a new global format that provided a consistent look while complying to Export Regulations. 

§  Managed technical development for global GTS implementation.  Wave 1 of the project was to support export customs management and sanctioned party list screening (SPL). Project was done for compliance with US Dept. of Commerce Export Requirements.

§  Architected and delivered a Federated SAP Portal solution as part of an ECC 6.0 and HR upgrade. 

§  Created and developed SOP’s within the Portal group to ensure FDA and SOX compliance within the system.

§  Implemented CTS+ into the Portal landscape to enable better management of changes within the SAP landscape as well as better process alignment.

§  Authored various whitepapers related to SAP delivery, language, and technical design related to Portal delivery, deployment, and support.  Whitepapers became the foundation for global deployments.

§  Architected and deployed an external facing portal solution for Pfizer business partners to participate in supplier auctions that are hosted by Pfizer buyers.

Secondment - SAP Technical Deployment Lead – Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay                                                        

o    Responsible for delivery and integration of SAP to Pfizer EDGE systems within the regional market. 

o    Managed, architected, and supported integration between Disprofarma & Gobbi LSP’s for Pfizer Argentina.  Disprofarma supports approx. 80% of the entire revenue stream for Argentina.  Gobbi supports high value oncology & specialty products.  Both solutions required strong cross-functional working across Finance, Distribution and Sales.

o    Worked with SAP Basis & Pfizer networking teams on connectivity between SAP and external vendor peripherals for printing of various customs documentation across VPN at Logistics centers in Uruguay.

Altria Group - New York, NY & Richmond, VA                                                                   1998 - 2006

SAP Portal Architect/Manager, SAP CRM Implementation                                                                                                            

§  Managed installation, configuration, and design of Enterprise Portal for Philip Morris as part of the ESS project for approximately 3000 – 6000 employees.   Project was part of a Global SAP HR Separation into respective operating companies HR systems.

§  Worked on development, rollout, and support of Adobe eDocument Solution to ~3,000 sales employees.

§  Joint development and support of an enterprise document loading system into a LiveLink server to allow storage, search, and access of documents.

§  Responsible for procurement, testing, and recommendation of 2,500 tablet PC’s for the field sales organization.  This was in support of the CRM Mobile Sales application.

§  Conducted workshops to define business requirements and worked closely with IBM to achieve the desired results for presenting to business stakeholders.

§  Worked with CRM developers at SAP AG in Walldorf, Germany on the SDP (Strategic Development Program) / 3.0A CRM product to perform initial configuration, setup server for testing, and to obtain information regarding both CRM and Basis components

§  Responsible for Middleware components of the CRM server.   Duties included configuration, troubleshooting, development of custom objects, replication, and initial download.
