        Managed and supported the development of a BPS supply chain planning solution

        Created standard operating procedures for BW, as a shared service model, to provide a company-based, secure, scalable and customizable reporting solution. Liaison for JSOX compliance requirements. Responsible for working with IT operations to streamline data loads and build SOPs.

        Provided valuable production support to the business in areas of sales (sales commissions calculations included reporting agent scheduling), billings, finance, integrated planning and forecasting and others.

        Planned and implemented the effect of a company code merge in R/3 on the BW side, when one of Fuji Companies merged with another.
