Smart Energy Water (SEW) is # 1 Energy & Water Cloud Platform solely focused in the Energy and Utility sector with core areas of concentration in Customer Engagement, Mobile Workforce and Smart Analytics.

 

 

Project:

 

Working on multiple projects and responsible for end to end implementations of the product involving integration with SAP.

 

Role:

 

Responsible for end to end implementation of SCM product for multiple implementations

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

·         Analyse customer requirement to determine, recommend and plan computer specifications and layouts Preparing Document of Understanding and functional requirement document.

·         Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis methods and utilizing workflow, visualization tools like SAP Data Visualization and Analytics Software.

·         Preparing data maps for interface integration.

·         Analyzing customer requirement and preparing detailed requirement document.

·         Working on integration of web portal and SAP including Data mapping with Smart Customer Mobile and Smart Mobile Workforce platforms.

A Fortune 100 company whose mechanical and electrical product offerings are used today on virtually every commercial and defense related aircraft platform.

 

 

Project 1:-

 

Project was centered on legacy data migration and adding new Repair & Overhaul plant into Honeywell System.

 

Role:

Responsible for end to end implementation of customer service module.

 

Responsibilities:

·Understanding business terms and process followed in the organization and implementing it in existing Honeywell SAP system.

·Configuring customer specific warranty terms and warranty pricing.

·Created new warranty program codes and new validation and substitution rules.

·Creating and assigning new plant.

·Converting transaction and master data using LSMW.

·Variant Configuration.

·Preparing test scripts and test cases.

·Helping users in User acceptance testing.

·Super user training on the new SAP system they will be working on first time.

·Coordinating User Acceptance Testing.

·Providing requirements to offshore resources for development of load objects.

Project 2:-

 

Implementation - Creating a portal integration interface for Honeywell’s customers to opt in for contracts, view contracts, renew those contracts and pay the contractual amount annually and to check if their parts are covered under a contract.

 

Role:

 

Managing end to end integration of portal and SAP interface displaying SAP sales orders, contract and billing documents on web portal.

 

Developed three new interfaces

 

·Preparing business requirement document.

·Preparing Functional Specifications document and taking client approval.

·Fetching price for each part from SAP and send it to portal.

·Annual automatic billing of contracts when reaching end of contract term.

·Preliminary invoice form excluding dealer’s discount.

 

Modified two existing interfaces

 

·Existing contract interface from SAP to portal to include new contracts.

·Existing contract items interface from SAP to portal to include part and serial no. from a different location in contract.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Project 3:-

Implementation - Optimizing the calculation of delivery time to customer by utilizing another field for lead time.

 

Role:

Responsible for end to end development of logic of no. of days for calculating expected delivery date.

 

Responsibilities:

Changed the custom access sequence table to look at another field in material master then using existing field which contain no. of days to be added in delivery date.

If the new access sequence is maintained for the customer and material then new field will be considered for calculation else existing logic will work as is.

 

 

Project 4:-

Implementation - Transfer of third party invoice which exists in SAP to portal.

 

Role:

SAP SD consultant for end to end development of interface.

 

Responsibilities:

Created an interface to transfer invoices from SAP to portal, these third party invoices are transferred from third party application to SAP as part of another existing interface and I was required to develop logic to identify and transfer these invoices to portal for enabling billing.

 

 

 

Project 5:-

Implementation - Adding a new engineering plant in SAP.

 

Role:

Responsible for end to end implementation of two new DIP profiles.

 

Responsibilities:

·DIP profile configuration based on customer requirement including OM configuration required to add a new SAP plant and sales org.

·Created DIP profile for split billing of item into 43 and 57% to add mark-up in latter.

 

 

 

 

Project 6:-

Support – Supporting the user issues from priority one to priority four.

 

Role – Leading the team of 6 resources

·   Handling SAP SD & CS issues, as sales process related issues in CS business area were also handled by SAP CS team.

·   Worked as a leading resource for helping team in critical issues being senior most for last one year.
