Role:    Jr. SAP SD Consultant, Team Member - OTC implementation

·       The team was responsible for implementing business processes encompassing Order receipt to collection of Cash.  Designed and developed creative solution to process gaps related to revenue recognition, allocations, order entry, and telephony system integration.  

Responsibilities:

·       Acted as a Team member of the OTC team through Scope definition, Requirements, Realization, and Go-Live phases

·       Worked with client counterpart to define project scope and project 

·       Worked with Order to Cash team and business users to collect and document business requirements

·       Resolved  issues, and communicated the  progress and status during the realization phase

·       Defined and executed master data conversion activities for Customer and Price master data  

·       Defined and designed Order to Cash inter-company business process

·         Created Various Sales Documents like Inquiries, Quotations, Sales orders, Scheduling agreements, and Contracts. 

·         Configured Special Business Processes in sales like Consignment stock Processing, Third party Order processing and Returnable packaging. 

·         Configured Billing components comprising billing document types, Invoices based deliveries and services, Periodic and milestone billing, and Collective processing of billing documents. 

·         Configured Credit card process (credit card types, credit card plan assignments, checking groups), developed authorization/settlement of credit card process and also created functional specs for credit card user exits.
