· Have been working on SAP simplification project for AmeriGas. Worked on guaranteed payment plan contract for simplifying its process in SAP for work flow approval

Responsibilities:
• Worked on MDM project for reference data
• Done profiling for vendor, product, finance, supply chain and multiple domain reference data for MDM
• Working on project plan for reference data project and it would be 2 year project
• Worked on business plan and project plan for pilot project which includes country, currency and payment term profiling and analysis. This is to take place in three stages and would go-live in Nov’2013.

Project Details: part of development team for client Apple and employer Wipro technologies
Responsibilities
• Worked on Chargeback Project which included implementation of complete chargeback process in SAP which was earlier with another system.
• Developed new interfaces T56, T55 and C33 for three systems: SAP Chargeback, Trecs, and Retail RCDM systems
• Involved in development of chargeback induction, reversal, inactivation and synchronize everything with TRECS for settlement.
• Another project is for developing interface ZX1 which will send data to EDW for reporting in order to justify SMS project.
• Worked on RDC – Rich Delivery communication project, involved in its scoping and design document preparation. Worked on its development like configuration, function module , setting up new inbound interface from GTT to SAP and which later triggers an SMS messages to the customer to keep him appraised on his shipment status.
• Worked on SAP to Non SAP interface development like between SAP and GTT, SAP and GSD.
• Worked on e-commerce interface with SAP for credit card sales process. It was a part of payment card enhancement projects for US region including credit card processing and interfaces from SAP to non-SAP settlement third party tools.

Project Agilent technologies Support Project
Project Details Agilent technologies designs and manufactures electronic and bio-analytical measurement instruments and equipment for measurement and evaluation. This project provides SAP support globally for all its products and services.
Responsibilities
• Handling Customization, Configuration and Enhancements related issues.
• Maintenance support includes solving the service request raised by the end user by providing effective solutions for business within the time frame agreed upon
• Handling the day-to-day production support issues as per the SLA and handling enhancements as per the priority set by the business.
• Speaking to the business as and when required for clear understanding of the problem.
• Involved in implementation of Varian gateway process which included third party sales process and intercompany sale process between Varian and Agilent. I was part of all stages of this development, right from requirement gathering to functional specification, customization and SIT.

Project Details: This is a support project for GM Global Systems into the ANDEAN region. The ANDEAN region comprises of Columbia, Chile, Ecuador & Venezuela. The post production support project which included many new developments like ZPRC implementation for pricing and dealer claim process.
Responsibilities
• Understand the business process that has been useful to solve the critical issues and understanding the CR & Incident process to communicate to the business as applicable.
• Mapping business process in SAP specific to SD module .Major work is in area of invoicing and claims.
• Daily Monitoring and updating DW SC issues, critical batch jobs, Interface related issues to update the business.
• Attending the meetings with key users and application owners to update the status on CRs and Incidents.
• Key Logistics Member for Support and Enhancements and part of the successful transition team with lot of bottle necks and challenges involved in the transition phase.
