  • Developed a new Order Management tool in SAP for handling demand variations in SA. The tool helps to prevent last minute/frequent demand changes from the customer, thereby ensuring smooth planning and delivery. Achieved by defining a demand freeze window with quantity tolerance.
  • A special IDOC approval process was set in position to enable negotiations with end customer on the demand changes and process the changes i.e. Approval based on customer demand or system proposal demand.
