Project: Apple Watch Implementation (US- onsite)                                    Dec 2014 - Present

Role: SD Lead

 

Project expectation is to automate the system communications and remove the manual determination of acceptable bands for each Apple Watch configuration

Limitation - The main business limitation is that there is no tool or process to manage and ensure correct part numbers are utilized during the exchange process and there is no method for frontline to delete an RMA line item and add an alternate SKU.

The systems today don’t provide any accuracy or efficiency in determining part exchange details or auto transact the parts for accuracy.

 

Implementation and Automation of iWatch

·         Interacted with business core team members to obtain understanding of business needs

·         Analyzed business requirements and propose technical solutions by utilizing SAP core capabilities as well as enhancement solutions.
