The Intrastat development was complicated due to plants in abroad case, with multiple storage locations in different EU countries from one plant. So, considered storage location country as reporting country and developed the customized reports for Exports, Imports and Returns.

Designed and developed 2^nd report to convert the trade statistics data into XML formats to easily upload the required formatted data into Romania and France customs intrastat web applications. Fixed issues which are reported during testing. Provided production support successfully.

·         Involved in extensive discussions with business in designing the EU FTA especially on virtual company code scenario (Due to plants in abroad case) and threshold value calculation based on business own  Turbo plating BOM. Prepared functional specifications for Badi developments in ECC in order to transfer the required master and transactional data to GTS as per the Swisscoo business model.

·         Designed specs for Ex-Works price calculation in all EU domestic invoices and designed the logic to transfer same to GTS customer worklist (V-Worklist) along with invoices. Configured change pointers in ECC system to transfer the master data on time to GTS.

·         Designed and implemented V-LTVD and C-LTVD PDF documents from vendor LTVD request and customer LTVD issue transactions. Implemented the process flow to store the vendor LTVD’s while maintaining the vendor LTVD’s by using web dispatcher.
