Supported SAP deployment at White Wave/Earthbound Foods in San Juan Bautista, CA. I was part of the deployment team with other consultants. I was assigned to support WM/IM. Learned custom transactions in a short period of time before implementation, and provided on-site support. Used share point to report issues and followed through to resolution. I also provided guidance to users in Spanish for employees with limited English language skills.
