BOPIS- Europe, Canada and Australia roll-out:

·         BOPIS has been implemeneted in US in the year 2011 and the same is being rolled –out in EMEA and Canada and Australia.

SEMS Phase 2.1 enhancements:

·         Shipment exception management system has been implemented during the year 2013 and several

Immediate Delivery- US :

  • This project is modeled on buy-online-pick-at store model, but the buyer would not pick the item at Apple Retail store. The buyer would order using iOs device and can select any Apple inventory hub within 5 mile radius from where delivery will be carried out.
  • The item is delivered to the customer by a local carrier paterner mostly on the same day.

UK Point of Pick-up :

  • This project is modeled on buy-online-pick-at store model. UPS is logistics partner responsible for setting up pick-up points at key location in UK cities. Changes are carried out in sales order user-exit, output programs and skywalk changes.

Systematic Shipping  Upgrades: 

  • Enabling line level shipping options for reseller orders (change only) to upgrade shipping conditions during NPI.
  • Modify selection parameters and program logic on mass sales order conversion utilities.
  • Wrapper program to run the above mass order conversion utility programs to improve throughput by automation of manual steps.

Affiliate Vendor :

·         Project involved changes to the program which  calculates commissions to the affiliate vendors for the business generated via their web sites.

  • The logic has been tightened to prevent repeated orders from black marketers via this channel. This restriction will reduce commission payouts to vendors for suspicious transactions.

 

SAP Rounding – Pricing:

  • Configured tax inclusive pricing procedures, involved in designing new pricing routines, requirements, worked on price feed interfaces, pricing reports etc,
  • Changes to price feed program to accommodate new tax-inclusive price approach.
  • Configured new Tax-Inclusive pricing procedures, defined new condition tables, access sequences, condition exclusion groups
  • New pricing requirements, alternate calculation types have been defined and changes were carried in some of existing alternate calculation types.
  • New subtotal pricing fields have been added to achieve tax-inclusive pricing approach.
  • Other changes include print indicator related setting, new customer pricing procedure, customer user-exit change, EDI1 Pricing incompletion check,
  • Changes to order acknowledgement output, RFC function module which sends output feed from SAP to Rover, order change / cancel output email output changes.
  • Changes to mass re-price utility, mass product substitution utility, mass CTO conversion and CTO Order Inquiry utilities.
  • Modify data transfer routines related with respect to quotation and the invoice. New include developed to be called in sales user exit to apply same pricing procedure in new sales doc type.
  • Changes to FM, which is called from Apple proprietary portals ATB, and OLSS and also UI changes on the portal to support tax-inclusive pricing approach.
  • Output programs for regular invoices, CR and DR for Asia, Australia, NZ, changes to programs, which carry, invoice data from SAP to Cendris, HOBIM and Stream Serve.

 

Geo Expansion of 2 Apple Retail Stores :

  • Created / modified pricing routines, pricing procedures, created new condition types, modified user exits, created extensions for existing idoc, added new segments and modified logic in idoc use exits.
  • Created Wrapper program to list and process billing output only after nota-fiscal is approved from SEFAZ. Modified existing logic to handle ICMS-ST scenarios with protocol and without protocol.

Delivery Bundle/Skywalk :   

·         Introduced LLSO (Line Level Shipping Options) feature for consumer orders

·         Involved in design of the AOS (Apple Online Store) with SAP & Skywalk (JAVA/ SQL based interface) for accurate calculation of ship and delivery date calculation for all web orders.

·         Changes carried out in idoc order induction user-exit to fetch shipping condition, business address indictor, shipping promo indicator, and address id, delivery group number from item level idoc segments.

·         Order Acknowledgement email interface from SAP to Rover has been changed to reflect different sections based on delivery grouping logic.

·         Changes to requirement routine 611 to club shipping charge item to the parent item during delivery creation, restrict delivery creation for shipping charge item alone.

·         Created new custom tables to control line level ship-to address and shipping options and to capture delivery-grouping details.

·         Modified 13 existing global reports to add line level shipping related fields to the report output.

·         Mass update programs Item change, shipping condition change, shipping charge update, CTO conversion has been modified in light of line level shipping options.

·         Worked on file, XML and idoc based interfaces as part of this project to transfer configuration table data, customer, material, vendor and source list data changes to skywalk system.

 

Sao Paulo Legislation:                                                                                                                          

  • Brazil specific requirement to ascertain and specify to the customer the time window of shipment delivery. Worked on delivery user exit, output driver programs, reports and shipping notification functional module changes.
  • Add time window field to 3 carrier master data tables, changes on mass upload utility to include time window.

Changes are carried out in delivery exit to determine the appropriate time window, update the same to commit code table.

  • Changes are carried out to interface program to include time window field to the data feed going from SAP to rover for shipping notifications.
  • Added Apple Brazil name, address, business place and tax id to order cancel/change, re-quote, RMA creation and Confirmation emails.
  • Changes to include of FM to include time window data in the idoc which transmits data to Global Trade and Trace System.
  • Changes to Order Cycle , Click to Delivery,  Delivery Quotes report to add time window information in screen as well as FTP output.

 

BOPIS / STALL / ARE - Project:

  • Buy online and pick in store and ship-to store enhancement which involved interfacing with IS Retail, POS, SAP Portals used by Apple agents and as well the customers.
  • Modified idoc, sales order user exits, functional modules, new Z-Tables, created / modified structures, defined new output types and developed/ modified output driver programs, developed interfaces between ECC and SAP Retail for personal pick process.
  • Involved in design of BOPIS (Buy Online Pickup In Store), STALL (Ship-To At Line Level) functionality, which enables the consumer to buy online and get the sales order shipped to Apple store or Home address.

  • SAP Order induction interface W04 changes to accommodate line level ship-to address in inbound idoc.
  • Changes to CTO Mass Conversion Utility to enable copying of item level ship-to address for the newly added item at the time of conversion.
  • Recycle Fee determination : Change in USEREXIT_NEW_PRICING_VBKD in MV45AFZB to store ship-to state and the country at item level and changes in BADI (ZBADIAMV45AFZB_Z01) to compare stored item ship-to data with header level ship-to data while saving order.
  • Item category determinations for immediate pick-up items by modifying sales order user exit USEREXIT_SOURCE_DETERMINATION in include MV45AFZB.
  • Defined new partner function for Third party pick-up partner and assigned it to the new account group and partner procedure.
  • New Z- fields representing BOPIS flags have been added to tables VBAK and VBAP.
