Description: The “IRIS” program aims new IT Strategy, defined as priority of consolidation of Novartis ERP landscape to one ERP platform with three integrated SAP instances in support of company agility and shared services.

The project consists of a Global Template Design and Build is the stage where the global and common processes and data are defined and prototyped. Ownership and governance were also defined.

 

Responsibilities:

¨      Conducted workshops & meetings with Alcon Business Leads, Users to understand existing Business processes and gather the functional requirements for the SAP OTI (OTC) module implementation.
