· Processing the user requests using ZUM i.e. Custom Central User Administration (CUA) implemented by the client.
· Applying mass changes like printer settings or language setting for users using SU10 as when required.

· IDM Reconciliation activity: To synchronize active users in IDM as well as in SAP Production system
· Worked with SAP Identity Management 7.1 to handle authorizations whenever an employee was assigned a new position in the organization, and de-provisioning for inactive users.
· Monitored privileges that control access to tabs in the IDM portal associated with the correct roles currently assigned to users.
· Assisted on user support tickets through Remedy tool.
· Support Training Team to prepare documents for End User training.
GRC:
· Working with SAP GRC Super user Privilege management tool (Firefighter) and Complaint User Provisioning (CUP) activities.
· Performing risk analysis in GRC 5.3 and VIRSA CC while assignment of roles to the users and assignment of transactions to roles.
· Mitigating users with the respective control ids to align the risk analysis.
