The YEYB 2015 project delivered the Benefit PLAN changes and adjustments requested by the Benefits department to be applied during the Open Benefit Enrollment period for fiscal year 2015. This project involved working on various Benefits enrollment work streams and making all the Benefits Effective starting 01-01-2015 for all the associates who choose their 2015 benefits. The project is run in 2 week sprint Agile mode.
