From the standpoint of managing Risk, Compliance and Governance for IT Assets deployed in Bank of New York Mellon, There was a need for IT Asset management tool which can provide accurate as well as mission critical report. By On-Boarding SmartTrack, achieved compliance and cost avoidance benefits.

• Ensure the development teams are embracing and practicing core agile principles
• Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on product and sprint backlogs
