Approved code changes to the production environment for a designated portfolio of applications. Ensured adherence with the standard release process, optimal release frequency, satisfaction with quality and compliance criteria, and resolution of related risks and issues for bundled releases.

 

  • Established centralized release management processes as none existed. This resulted in zero defects being deployed into production without any delays to the deployment processes.
