The main upgrade tasks include db upgrade from 9i to 10g, OATM, db upgrade from  10g to 11g, apps upgrade from 11.5.9 to 12.1.1, app upgrade from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3, converting single db instance to RAC, configuring multiple Apps nodes and PCP.

-Designed the architecture of target environment.

-Reduce the upgrade duration by improving the performance and optimize the procedures.
