Write and execute test plans and scripts using HP Quality Center (QC), SQL-Server, Excel, and Word for an extremely large Electronic Health Record (EHR) product line in a very large, relational database environment over multiple product versions, in a SCRUM-agile environment.

·         Serve as the Scrum Master and SME for the Order Module team to help assure that they deliver a high-quality, “best in breed” product from one version release to the next.

·         Provide project (QA) estimates, Test Case and results documentation, requirement review and feedback to BAs, metric and analytic reporting, and more as the QA “EHR-Orders” team lead.  EHR-Orders is comprised of Laboratory, Radiology, and Immunization ordering from initial diagnosis through test results, drug administration, and patient history Registry reconciliation.

·         Completed projects over the past year that include: Several vaccine group projects (Zoster, MCV-B, HPV, DTaP, Influenza, and Hep A/B), CPT & ICD Update Utilities, Vaccine Group Status (CDC-based) Rule integration, KBM patient workflows (entry through billing), and NIST TCP/IP registry connectivity testing.

·         Test and monitor clinical data compendium import (OLTP) processes prior to customer delivery, and contribute toward process enhancement as well as resolve data-driven errors and identify workarounds to programmatic defects.

·         Utilize QC testing software on a daily basis to track and assure new Business Requirement definition, comprehensive test planning, and defect identification/logging through resolution.

   Led data team through data and database enhancements for 180M(+) record database on Windows 2003-based SQL Server systems in a PolyServe-clustered SAN environment for a diversified information services business.
