Goals and Background

I am looking for a position that will allow me to use my years of experience in successfully leading and completing large scale IT projects.  My ideal job will allow me to work with people to develop solutions for their IT problems, which are cost-effective and meet the primary requirements of all the parties involved.  My ability to look at problems from multiple disciplines, often gives me the insight to identify solutions to problems that others overlook.  I am quick to accept reasonability, and to give praise, and want to work as part of a tightly connected team, where I can share and mentor others.

Throughout my career I have worked as the team lead on numerous voice and data communication projects across an extremely broad range of technologies.  I enjoy developing automation tools and systems that help ensure consistency and accuracy.  Lately, I have designed and deployed cloud based solutions and implemented software defined networking solutions as well as converged and hyper-converged infrastructure.
