Created business case for outsourcing Time and Attendance to Kronos, as well as managed 3rd party vendors.  Created business case for switching Monterrey, Mexico plant from bi-weekly to weekly payroll.

 

Project Manager, Appraisal MC/Total MBS LLC, Appraisal Management Software (Houston, TX)

Managed $500k project for ground up development of web-based Java appraisal management software solution.  Platform included virtualized servers, storage using VMWare on Linux while utilizing an outsourced infrastructure host.   Performed infrastructure vendor selection activities including cost/benefit analysis, site visits, infrastructure and architecture layout as well as negotiation of all vendor commercials for software and services vendors.    Facilitated the software design process with the software architect. Used onshore/offshore software development model to accelerate delivery.

 

Project Manager, Halliburton, Battle Red Program, Mobility Project (Houston, TX)

Lead Infrastructure and iPhone deployment and user provisioning for Battle Red Program.   Project scope included AFARIA implementation and upgrade, network and server upgrades, Wi-Fi access point ARUBA upgrades and deployment of handheld devices, as well as integrated testing with new iPhone applications.   Delivered iPhones contained content filtering per corporate security standards using OnDemand VPN with certificate based authentication for 800 domestic users.

 

Project Manager, Halliburton, Battle Red Program, SAP CLM/E-Sourcing Project (Houston, TX)

Led global program of 28+ projects for HP Finance and Accounting Information Technology(FAIT) organization to consolidate and sunset back office AR and AP applications from legacy EDS customer data centers to one legacy HP next generation data center(NGDC) resulting in substantial application and labor cost savings.  Responsibilities include stakeholder management, simultaneous management of 6+ vendors, change control, infrastructure and database acquisition, and IT operational reporting.
