Senior Manager – IT Business Applications – Global
Held responsibility for project management, prioritizing project requests, application development and managing the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne managed services provider. Supported the global user population located in the US, Europe and Asia. Interfaced closely with the IT infrastructure team to meet project milestones. Assisted with developing the company’s IT project roadmap to support its long-term business strategy. Reported to the Global Director of IT. Managed two direct reports.

BIC is a global company headquartered in Clichy, France that is best known for making consumer products such as lighters, shavers, writing instruments and promotional products.
Support Services Manager (2015-2017)
Managed daily operations of the Support Services Department serving over 300 IT customers at multiple locations. Reported to the VP of Information Technology. Managed five direct reports.
· Improved service levels to consistently meet the 96% service level agreement (SLA).
· Directed and coordinated global technical support for the executive leadership team.
· Aligned staff and improved morale through coaching and recruiting a senior engineer.
· Increased department efficiency and lowered costs by reengineering work processes and improving asset management and product purchasing of IT equipment and services.

Business Systems Manager (1997-2015)
Managed multiple, complex, high stakes IT projects several with costs over $1 million. Reported to the VP of Information Technology. Managed four direct reports and large project teams.
· Held full responsibility for enterprise scale implementations and upgrades of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Bottomline Transform document imaging and workflow automation software that resulted in improved supply chain processes and better customer service.
· Transitioned the HRIS and payroll systems from premise based to cloud (SaaS), which resulted in lower costs and improved information security due to the elimination of the on-site support staff and technology infrastructure.
· Implemented ALLOut Segregation of Duties software (SoD) and partnered with global IT teams to ensure audit, security and regulatory requirements were met.
· Conducted a business impact analysis to determine disaster recovery capabilities and cost to the business of IT outages and presented recommendations to the CEO and CFO that resulted in partnerships with service providers to implement hot sites for backups and shorter recovery.
· Managed the Y2K project to ensure all operating systems, software, computing devices and manufacturing equipment were resistant to failure due to the millennium change.
· Engaged stakeholders, obtained project sponsorship, developed project budgets and project management plans, managed issue resolution and lead status meetings for all projects.
· Planned and directed go live activities, developed contingency plans and implemented post go live support procedures.
· Hired top tier technical and functional consultants and managed outside services providers.
· Negotiated contracts with services and software vendors and worked closely with Legal.
