Exterran – Information Technology Senior Manager, August 2008 to June 2016 – Houston, TX

Led the Center of Excellence department, an annual budget of $3.5 Million, which encompasses Application Development, Offshore and Onshore software engineers, Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Operation, Project Management Office (PMO), Change Management, and Governance & IT Compliance.

Key Achievements:

• $20 Million Project - Led the application development, project management and project compliance of the company’s split project. Successfully split the company’s infrastructure, data and all applications. Completed in 8 months and impacted over 3000 employees.
  
  
• $6 Million Project - Sponsored and led the Oracle R12 release upgrade. Successfully completed this 9-month project with worldwide organizational impact.
  
  
• $15 - 26 Million Project portfolio - Established and steered the PMO. Set the foundation and structure including the project charter, methodology, process and procedures, business case, and post NPV and ROI evaluation. • Responsible for the IT compliance, risk governance, security and framework controls including internal and SOX audit. Created a risk assessment evaluation system to assess and evaluate all IT changes. Led testing team to ensure that testing and stage gate reviews for various stages of SDLC were archived and available for audits, internal and external.
  
  
• Managed Infosys and IBM vendors, their offshore development, and database administration services. This was a team of up to 50 software engineers and DBA’s with an annual budget of $2M. Resulted in delivering 95% of the organization business development solutions.
  
  
• In an unprecedented time frame of 4 months, successfully led a project to change and move the Oracle hosting environment from Oracle OnDemand to IT convergence. This involved moving over 40TB of data and millions of financial transactional records and over 50 third party applications.

• $220K Project Annual Cost Saving - Led a project to sunset legacy application systems, JD Edwards, thus saving over $220K annually. Moved the legacy data to the data warehouse.

• $8.9 Million Dollar negotiation – Successfully negotiated 3 years of Oracle Unlimited License Agreement (ULA) with very favorable terms for Exterran.

Exterran – Business Technology Manager, July 2007 to July 2008 – Houston, TX

Led the Application Development of Oracle and JDE Enterprise Systems in the business technology department
